this is impossible. moving sucks. to say the least. i haven't signed the lease to the apartment yet. and i was supposed to move in already today. i'm technically a homeless now. kinda sad that. not to mention scary too. there's no quiet corner to retreat to when things go horribly wrong and all that you wanted to do was be alone (and sulk). i'm gonna make a big fuss about how i was 'inconvenienced' and (perhaps) 'disturbed' by the lack of urgency that the apartment's admin people had been in getting my lease application approved. hopefully by the end of this 'fiasco'.. a) they'd still give me the uber cool apartment, b) with a super discount to boot (at least for the first month), c) urm.. ? ahh i'll think of something else too. seriously though, i should probably press them to give me a one month reprieve and let me move in later in august when i get back from my vacation. as it is now, i'll be paying the first month rental, stay for four days total, and fly home for a vacation til the end of the month, anyway. that's fair, don't you think?
