today, i had lunch at korea house. hot and spicy stir-fried calamari and vegetables, and a host of kimchis, with rice of course, two bowls in fact. hot chinese tea that had a hint of rice flavor.. methinks. delicious. now six hours later, i'm hungry again. so much about cutting down on my carb intake haha!! i guess being a malay, the day wont be complete without rice:) me? i had my rice and vying for more!
glad dont have to be at work tomorrow (saturday). tired. maybe i eat too much and sleep too much.. or i may be eating and sleeping ok but totally out-of-sync.. yea that's it! *enlightened sekejap* do i have to pay someone to look over my diet and workout schedule? not necessary-lah.. hafta be more disciplined and commited, it's cheaper this way too heh. alright..
